McDONALD'S HOLIDAY BASKETBALL SHOOTOUT at Greeneview High School, Jamestown

Ashton Lovely led the Lady Rams with 22 points & help hand Miami Trace their 2nd loss of the season.

Lady Panthers (8-2) were led by Brooke Baldwin with 15 points. Abby Schwenk added seven points & Heather Johnston had 6 points.

Miami Trace will host Westfall at the Panther Pit next Saturday afternoon.

London (2-6) defeated Cedarville 45-35
Madison Plains (5-4) beat Springfield Central Catholic 74-30

 

CLINTON COUNTY HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT at Wilmington College

CLINTON MASSIE 36, WILMINGTON 35
The Lady Falcons overcame an early 2nd half 10 point deficit (21-11) & held on as Wilmington missed their last shot at buzzer to defeat the Hurricanes.

Clinton Massie (10-0) were led by Miquel Santoro & Hannah Duncan with 8 points each.

Savannah & Sawyer Hooper combined for 20 of Wilmington's points. The loss snapped a three year championship run by the Hurricanes.

Clinton-Massie plays Blanchester in the girls finals Saturday at 5pm.

 

BLANCHESTER 42, EAST CLINTON 33 (Overtime)
Blanchester outscored the Lady Astros 10-1 in the overtime period.

Brittany Jackson led the Astros (0-9) with 13 points & 11 rebounds in the contest.

East Clinton will play Saturday at 2pm in the girls consolation contest against Wilmington.
